NBA 2K12 Patch v1.03 to be released on XBox 360 soon!

Ronnie tweeted this afternoon that the NBA 2K12 patch released last week for PS3 was approved by Microsoft and should be live soon. What do you think 360 users? Are you ready for the patch?

This patch cannot come soon enough for me. I'm nearly to the point of just selling this game so I will stop playing it and getting so aggravated. And I say that as someone who has bought every iteration of this game since NBA2K and played them from the day they dropped until the day the next one came out.

I mostly play My Player and it's just such a frustrating experience. The psychic defense of passes, the way every one of my layups gets blocked while CPU players on offense spin directly through my chest and around three other players blocking to kiss it off the rim, the rubberband logic in the 3rd and 4th quarters. It all just makes me weep, almost literally. 2K10 had the gameplay that made me feel like I was really doing all this stuff on the court and doing it well. I miss that. Now I just want to smash my controller after every game, even the ones I win.

I know this patch won't fix everything, but hopefully it will at least make the game feel fun again.

Man have i waited for this patch. i cant even play a virgin tournament game with out constat 3 pointers made. SMH

It's in MS's hands at this point. 2k got it to them so it's out of their hands. Hopefully its coming very soon.

Don't get too excited about the patch..learn and superstars are much more dominant and will clip through your defense...threes are made a plenty with all the skating online. It now is a cheesers paradise...oh and people can steal from you constantly whether bringing the ball up with rondo or Paul they run past u and knock the ball loose. It feels way more unnatural online with less ball physics.

Sigh. At this point I don't think they can patch this game to were it live up to espectations. If the patch will repair the slow passing, rebounding, un-real contested shot percentages, players losing the ball for no reason, and "searching for opponent" time, then yes, I am beyond ready for it.
