NBA 2K12 Roster Update Available Now (12-12-11) - Video of Changes Included

The first official NBA 2K12 roster update is available now for PS3 and 360. Check the video to see all the changes.

Here are just a few notes.

Not many rookies at all on the update. (4 rookies added, it seems)
Billups, Hamilton, Vince Carter are Free Agents.
Odom still on the Lakers. (Kapono is not)
Arenas still on the Magic.
Chandler and Bibby are with the Knicks.
T-Mac is with the Hawks.
Turiaf is with the Wizards.
Battier is with the Heat.
Roy off the Blazers.

All contracts and trades need to get ratified by the league before the transaction can take place in our game. I just checked and theres no roster update. Is it because I don't have xbox live gold membership?

I remember I was able to download roster updates last year without a gold membership. Is it not the case for this year?

The league is asking for everything except the Staple Center for Chris Paul. They are complete idiots do they not realize if they don't trade him this year and get something they will lose him next year and absolutely nothing SMH !!!!!!! The same thing goes with D12. Haven't they learned from the Lebron situation.

Sorry I kno this isn't the right forum for this but I just have to vent on this situation cause I think the league owners of the Hornets are absolute idiots. They want Bledsoe, Gordon, Aminu, and Kaman and and first round draft pick that could maybe be number 1 overall pick WTF.

Rookies will be added in terms of priority. So Kemba and Derrick Williams look to be a lock for the next update.

Very much so. In my experiences playing with him today he attacks the rim nearly identical to how he does in real life. It made me wonder if he has a hidden layup package

Kemba Walker and Bismack Biyombo are my Franchise cornerstone so I'm not opening my 2K12 again (since late October) until they're out.

well it seems like this update superfluous, and they should have just waited until most rookies have signed and cp3 and d12 get on their respective teams.
