This is what my video is doing. It's kind of glitching like this every frame (not a static look like this, but twitching all over with different looks like this, though). The advertisement loads fine, but once I get to the video, it's messed up.

For comparison purposes, the video in the thread titled "This Is SSX" doesn't have the same glitching issue. It's specific to this video, for some reason.
