Is the Kayak the same as it was in Beijing? Or is it playable this time around?

Never played Beijing, but in my experience at least, it's by far the most frustrating event in the game.

I love the kayaking. A good bit of strategy to know when to save your sprint for the reverse gates.

The only issue I've had with Kayaking was when they put two gates at the same point right at the end. I finished three runs in 70 seconds (with 30 second of penalties (not included) because of the last two gates) .

I had issues with the vaults and the rapid fire pistol can be annoying if you press to fast and shoot the same target twice 1) you waste a bullet and 2) it lowers your score on the target which ultimately hurts you worse.

Archery is hit or miss, the wind changing is illogical but it's done to prevent people from lining up perfect shots. The wind is a bit overstated but it still is fun.

Weight lifting gave me fits, but I guess I just wasn't angling the thumb sticks correctly.

Beach Volleyball gets boring fast, not fast paced at all and it's too easy to take balls for volleys pretty much from the sand.

To me, the kayaking controls in Beijing were impossible to understand.

Been playing this game a lot. Me and my wife really enjoy this game. Much better than previous versions.

Do you really care where I sent this from?

Finally picked the game up tonight. Only about 30 minutes in and I can see I will play the hell out of this game.

i'm curious, with being able to edit the athletes has anyone found a good list of the olympic finalists that we could use to get the athletes right for the countries?
