I'll get a bit nostalgic here and throw down two fictional players who made their debuts on obsolete consoles: Victor Player vs. King. "Victor Player" was the main playable character in International Tennis Open, which was available on the Phillips CD-i system. I knew one kid in middle school who had this system, and he only had two "games": International Tennis Open and an encyclopedia. "King" lives on as the unlockable boss in the Virtua Tennis series, which was one of my favorite games on the Sega Dreamcast.
