Similar to what Madden NFL 13 implemented this year, NBA 2K13 introduces MyCareer Social Media.

Kinda had a feeling we would get some sort of mock social media feed and im glad they did it. Now we just need a mock Skip Bayless and Stephen A doing some twitter back and forth in this game.

Things like this and the custom dressing tend to get old real fast to me so this really isn't that big of a deal.

Not that I dislike this feature, but my favorite part of this screenshot is how great the menus look.

All part of the Jay Z role this year. I like it also its a nice upgrade the traditional 2k overlays that look like generic TV overlays.

That's great. I didn't like the menus at ALL in 2k10, and they have been steadily improving from 2k11 onward, but these menus are a lot more crisp and sleek.

I like the addition of the social media feature. The fans interaction with the player is interesting. The presentation looks unique. I'm eager to see the gameplay within MyCAREER videos.

I'm curious, is this going to be game-generated social media or is it Twitter integration for the tweets? I noticed it's Ronnie's Twitter handle, so I feel like it could go both ways.

For those who say this is a straight carbon copy of Madden, I think Madden only had analysts on their social media hub. 2K added a few more with celebrities and random fans.

And plus madden hasn't been out for that long, thus 2k was already working on it earlier in their dev cycle. You cant throw something like this in a month before the game goes gold. Bravo 2k for trying to put so many new things in big ore small every year.

idk, maybe its just me, but to me this was the weakest screen so far. im not a fan of putting twitter integration in a sports game (madden 13 also), eventho im loving all the other little things they threw in 2k13, this screen just does nothing for me. the 1st few mycareer screens were innovative, they could have completely done without this last picture
