He was clutch 2 years ago. Not last year at all therefore he shouldn't be on the list. I guess he was " clutch " cuz he played for the " circus " last year lol or maybe you didn't watch Tebow play last year therefore you " don't know a damn thing about football" The only players that need a clutch trait are the ones that were clutch last year and not 2 years ago. AP, Julio Jones, and Roddy White should be on the list and maybe even Richard Sherman. The players who were injured last year such as MJD and Revis shouldn't be on the list either

Erm how is Matt Ryan not on there? Hasn't he got more 4th quarter comebacks than any other QB since 2008?

Not a Falcons fan but the fact that Matt Ryan is not on there is a complete joke. Do these guys even watch football?

Tebow was fun to watch in the forth quarters of football games as a starter. As the saying goes. "Haters gonna hate." How can a player be so "sorry" and have so many people mad about it? LOL

I don't have any problem making Tebow clutch in Madden 13, but it's Madden 25 now. He's a year removed from Tebow Time and might not even be on an opening day roster. Clutch shouldn't be a permanent trait (looking at you, Holmes), it should be re-evaluated each year.

Peyton doesn't deserve it right now either IMO.

Not A Fan Of Matt Ryan, Playoff Record But He Leads The NFL Since 2008, With Most Game Winning Drives And Comeback Wins.

Along With Kicker Matt Bryant Who Should Be Clutch. These Little Details Matter!

Clutch isn't about the playoffs. In the madden world it gives you a ratings boost in the final 2 minutes of 1 score games. Along those lines Matt Ryan is the poster boy for Maddens clutch rating.

55.4 QBR?

So he goes from pathetic to bad?

That's clutch? Being bad but not as bad as you were before?

Are there any bad players who are GOOD (not just less bad) in the clutch?

Or is it good players being a bit better and average players becoming good? You could argue that's just variance because any average player can have a good stretch or good game or good season.

And why is there no "anti-clutch"? Let's assume clutch is a thing. I'm open to the possibility. However, logically, it follows that there's segments of the player population who are NOT good in the clutch.

The Clutch trait should be "Good", "Average", "Poor". Average should be by far the most common and some consistent data (for whatever you use to make your judgement) used to move a player out of "Average".

Of course, that brings up another issue - these situations are typically less frequent, so they are very much subject to random variations in performance (i.e. small sample size issues).

As far as how it's used in the game - it's ridiculous a QB makes the OL better. What? Clutch "spreads"? If the QB is great in the 4th of a close game, fine - but if the line is NOT, then why do they benefit from the QB?
