Pre-Order Madden NFL 15 and Receive GameStop Exclusive Futuristic Deluxe Stadium

GameStop is offering quite a few pre-order incentives with Madden NFL 15. It looks like they have added an exclusive futuristic deluxe stadium, to go along with a $15 value of Madden Ultimate Team content.

No other screenshots or details have been released for the futuristic deluxe stadium, but odds are it will only be available in Owner mode within Connected Franchise. If we hear anything we will update this post.

UPDATE: The Futuristic Deluxe Stadium will only be available in Madden Ultimate Team.

UPDATE #2: Just received word from EA Sports. All users can access the stadium in CFM via team relocation. It's only a pre-order exclusive to use in MUT.

So, basically the same generic "futuristic" stadium they have for all created teams in CFM will be made available for Play Now.... LOL!

I don't really shop at Gamestop on principle after how they handled Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and this isn't helping haha.

No reason to shop at Game Stop. Best Buy gives you better trade-in value and their staff makes me so uncomfortable. Way too pushy trying to get you to buy something you clearly don't want. "You mean you don't want to buy this $20 game guide? Are you sure? Really?"

Not sure how the use of a future stadium encourages anyone to pre order at game stop .

Though when i was there last week the salesperson actually asked a customer if they wanted to buy the same game used for $1.00 less.

Pre-orders in general need these type of, usually, lame extras because who really needs to pre-order games anymore? Before it was because games would actually sell out right? Or you had to pre-order to get at midnight launch. Now you can get the game from walmart at 12:01, gamestop is really only good for getting points if you eventually get some free ish.

I may be in the minority when I say this but I never saw the appeal in Ultimate Team modes. I played the mode a few times but never saw why it became such a huge phenomenon in every EA Sports title.

Yes, I understand how potentially addictive it can be to play, but it still surprises me about how much real money the feature takes in on a yearly basis.

This is what gets me...they put in the time to make this futuristic stadium for a pre-order incentive that will probably end up dlc anyways instead of using that time to further enhance gameplay. Talk about silly allocation of time and resources.

The artists who make stadium meshes / textures / etc. aren't the same people who code and tune gameplay.

More MUT garbage? We get it, you want to give the people free stuff so they get hooked and spend real money on packs. UT makes me mad, instead of having legendary teams, a better career mode, or even more time spent on gameplay, they spend countless hours and resources on this cash grab. FIFA is the same way, but in FIFA you can't even properly edit players or share rosters, which forces you to play with UT if you want any legends or edited players that don't lose their long sleeves in the rain, stupid stuff like that. Why does EA do this stuff?

I agree with other posters there's really no use to pre order games anymore like places like walmart etc that u can go pick game up don't have to wait in long lines etc.

not count the pre orders bonus are useless to like 90% of us that don't play mut.... why can't there be like free month of PSN or Gold since now all systems u have to pay to play online.... or what about something from your fav nfl team like hat or something.

So the art team neglects improving sidelines and crowds and "Living Worlds" for Madden 15 because they wanted to improve the on-field graphics...yet they have time to design a stadium that's only for GameStop preorders...that instead of being used in franchise mode which would be common sense, they make it only for MUT??? C'mon EA...

Judging from the pictures it's the exact same stadium from Madden 25. Only difference is that it's now available in MUT.

But if it is in fact the exact same stadium it means they didn't "waste" any time on it specifically for Madden 15.

Because it's already an option when you relocate your team in CFM.
