04:24 PM - January 29, 2015 by Steve_OSThe skateboarding genre is not what it once was in the video game space, but the original OlliOlli was a reminder of what makes arcade games and skateboarding games such a great fit. Simple enough controls, style -- the colors maaaaaaan the colors -- and difficult, but fair, gameplay made it a game worth checking out on the Vita or PS3/4.
The new OlliOlli 2 trailer is a reminder of a lot of what made people appreciate the original game. The folks at Roll7 appear to be embracing that trance-like gameplay state once more while also providing plenty more content and new ways to experience grinding, flipping, tricking and all that junk.
Even if you maybe aren't in to this type of thing, it's probably still worth watching the trailer because it's a fact that dope music is dope.
OlliOlli2 is coming to PS Vita and and PS4 later this year.
