Going back on my last post didn't see this, but the word Integrated caught my eye. Could this finally be the year they have a real broadcast package?

Only IF the AI does it on their own also. If I have to use control everything then the game will be useless to me.

I've always been confused about this. The source material for presentation is right there (minus Fox). No need to completely re-invent the wheel.

I see. I like to do it on my own, but that's just me.

Rex Dickson already posted on this forum (about a week ago now) that this was the case for all the new mechanics they added this year.

Something that's not so much user influence based. Rex said in another thread that everything would definitely be used by the CPU and AI but I don't know if I really trust that it will be to its full extent as if you're using the user controls. If the AI uses it naturally and receivers and DB's interact properly and realistically to their real-life counterparts then I'll gladly eat my words and be really happy. I just don't want to be able to constantly bring down passes because I hit a button at the right time or something. Real early though, need to see it action before anything.

At this point, with adding those WR/DB interactions in, a correctly-called Pass Interference system is an absolute must.

Which is fine
I'm a "coach" type guy these days so hopefully the AI will do it on their own (ratings based) and we all are happy.

EDIT:

Do you think there should be new ratings involved, or are the "release" and "press" ratings sufficient?

Nothing in this that changes much of how I felt prior to it.

Would love to see created coaches have more outfits in Franchise Mode and more face options. Awesome if they brought face scanning back but like in NBA 2K how they use it.

Correctly being the key word..
I know I'll sound like Debbie Downer but I'll be pretty impressed if they get that coded right.
I'd bet more that it was a random roll of the dice, but we'll see.

Second that..

I just don't want low tiered WR's making "plays of the week" on a regular basis.

I'm okay with all of that. I'm just not a big fan of the "user being in more control of the outcome than ever before" type stuff. Always seems like a cop out to try and make up for lackluster AI and more often than not is geared heavily towards success. I don't want to be able to just hit a button and make aggressive catches over huge corners with Wes Welker. Or constantly make "possession" catches with brick hands receivers because I user'd him. That's what I don't want to see. They've said the AI uses it which is a start, now it's just to see how properly and often it's used.

Although I expected it, I am intrigued by how much the prospect of WR/DB and PI finally being called changes the gameplay and strategy. Something is better than nothing. And this COULD be the spice Madden needs offensively.

# 38 SageInfinite @ 05/13/15 06:00 PM
About what I expected. Sounds good for Madden fans. For guys such as myself, nah.....

# 39 Clappington @ 05/13/15 06:08 PM
No team up again this year? lol smh

# 40 TreyIM2 @ 05/13/15 06:12 PM
Ok, ok. TCP kinda boggles my mind cuz I keep thinking we've pretty much had it before to varying degrees but whatever, I'll roll with it.

Receiver/defender control piqued my interest. PIs finally making a grand return? Nice as well.

Integrated broadcast graphics is a hmmm-er and the rest is a whatever.

Can't wait for more info.
