This playlist isn't near as bad as last year but what 2K needs to let us do is let us have the option to play our own music in the game that way everyone is happy.

Hip Hop is a culture. Rap is a genre of music. And both are universal. Hip Hop breaks those barriers. It doesn't reinforce them.

I'm white. And I already knew the majority of those artists.
The roots of rap and it's meaning do have a strong association with black culture, though. Artists like Macklemore and other white rappers have often mentioned needing to understand their place in the music and culture.

I'm not saying you're wrong exactly, just with white rappers continually getting a bigger spotlight than black rappers it's something more and more that we have to keep in mind (see Azealia Banks).

It's a system limitation...neither system can save music on the hard drive.

I like maybe three songs on that playlist, and where are the classic ABA and NBA instrumental jams? 2K is slippin on the veteran sport gamers NEEDS.

Dj Mustard selection needs some YG on there. 90% of his best stuff is all with YG

2K15 was by far the WORST soundtrack in the games history...

This is definitely a step in the right direction

Damn, I'm liking the soundtrack.

Way better than 2k15s. It's always good when you don't hear music that starts out with people screaming.

Yes. I went from not even noticing 2Ks soundtrack to loathing it. 2K15 was the last straw! Crazy thing is I like a lot of the songs just not in my basketball games. Listening to 2K16's soundtrack now and it is much better!!

I just hope 2k lets us disable songs from the playlist. I listened to the Spotify playlist for an hour and didn't even slightly enjoy one song.

More alternative/indie rock, please.

Wooo listening to "We Dem Boyz" by Wiz Khalifa while making my roster? Wooo might accidentally make the mistake of trading for Lance Stephenson and signing Josh Smith.

I love some of the artist selections and I like they put 2k classics in, but I'm a little bit disappointed in some of the particular songs. Overall looks like a good soundtrack.

I like the soundtrack but still garbage rappers still got on (looking at Ace Hood,Wiz,Rick Ross)

0 to 100 has insane editing...Really annoying to listen to. Seriously why not just use instrumentals if your going to edit so hard for an E-rating.

Everyone else I dig or can tolerate.

When Jeru came on on shuffle play i honestly though it was a mistake.
