Move, Scale, Rotate & Layer Tattoos on Your MyPLAYER in NBA 2K16

NBA 2K16 is introducing over 1,500 tattoo designs that you can move, scale, rotate and layer onto your MyPLAYER. Fans will be able to apply tattoos to the chest, back, neck, legs and arms.

This looks really good, hopefully they will let you use it for CAP to make custom/draft rosters more real and better

Forget the number, but he should not be on par with a guy like James Harden a scoring SG excelling in the same things Kobe was inefficient at

Since we haven't heard from none of the devs yet I'm afraid that this is not going to be available for CAP's in MyLeague/MyGM.

I'd be a little disappointed if they didn't include this, but, TBH, this year's game has SO MUCH DEPTH that I couldn't blame them if they left this out of MyLeague/MyGM to cram more important things into those game modes (like the relocation dynamic). We've managed to get along without this kind of thing before in those two game modes, so it don't personally find it an issue.

That said, I'm not going to give up hope yet. The rollout of information is going to be coming in waves over the course of the next 10 days or so -- and even then I bet you we'll discover something good that no one mentioned in the leadup to the game.
