Some of these attribute changes seriously confuse me. Lebron goes from a 83-84 moving shot close in the beginning of the year, up to a 94+ at one point, now down to a 79 (61% on 331 Attempts) Meanwhile Kawhi is up to a 94 (63% on 168 attempts)

Meanwhile, Tim Duncan mid range does down to a 60 when shooting 32.8% from there, while Hassan Whiteside midrange goes UP to 76 while shooting 32.6%

WUT. And this is only two examples

Paul George is playing like a top 5 player in the league & he goes down 2 points? Huh?

Just to provide some insight,Layups/Underbasket shots are not included in shot close. The Standing/Driving Layup attributes do that. It looks like you included those numbers in your statistics.

Actually both examples look like you are combining ranges to get those statistics. Shot Close is ~3ft-13ft. Shot Mid Range is ~13ft to< 3pt

Really? So if standing shot close is 3-13, what does moving shot actually do? I always thought moving shot worked with layup ratings. Is it essentially moving jumpers in that range, like moving mid range?

Huh???? How do Butler and Rose go down? More specifically Butler. They are playing the best ball of the season.

any idea or info on players sneaker brand changes? or where this info is published (can't find where if so)?

Come on 2k Melo should at least be a 89 or 90 and DWill is a 75 he is scoring 15 points a game..... one bad game from Prozingis and he a 79 SMH. I understand we was a bad team last year but can the KNICKS get some love you must have not seen any games this year.... and last Lopez is a 78 he is killing in the paint blocking and scoring......if Sash has not played how do u go from 68 to 64

Do these roster updates affect playbooks and playtype assignments?

I was just playing MyTeam and the Pacers playbook was different and guys had different play assignments.

Maybe this is just me being a c's fan but i feel crowder is criminally underrated on D. 68 lat quick and 62 shot contest yet he's one of the best defenders on our team. Just don't understand that

This guy feels me. Butler has been shooting around 50% his last 10 games, including that monster 2nd half against Toronto, and he loses points? Rose has played better too, although at last they did him justice by increasing his shooting %s.

Does 2k ever update player badges or just player ratings?

# 14 tt500 @ 01/07/16 04:27 PM
jae crowder has been playing better and his ratings go down is crazy. John wall was player of the week and got nerfed in steals and worse 3 ball. deroezan also played well but they just reverse his inside stats to his outside stats.

# 15 DreamAgain @ 01/07/16 04:49 PM
are they actually updating TENDENCIES or just ratings? rating updates without tendency updates is literally worthless.

# 16 jeebs9 @ 01/07/16 05:00 PM
I just noticed that they dropped Eric Beldsoe... .isn't he out for the season?

# 17 VinsanityFNBA @ 01/07/16 05:14 PM
It seems the T-Wolves rebounding ratings have a problem.

Pekovic was dropped to a 41 REB DEF rating despite not playing this season. Garnett is now a 45 in DEF REB, Dieng a 47.

Also, Zach LaVine has a 88 RDEF, Muhammad 81, Rubio 78 which doesn't make sense in my opinion.

# 18 RevivedZack @ 01/07/16 05:18 PM
2k ratings guy has to go this is absurd

# 19 Rockie_Fresh88 @ 01/07/16 05:23 PM
I'm pretty sure Beds knows what he's doing .

To be fair. Paul George did have a ten game stretch where he wasn't playing the best basketball for the team. What kinda irks me though is that during that same stretch, Monta Ellis was carrying the team.

I swear the Pacers probably has the biggest gap between their "Star" player at 89 and their next "best" player at 76. 11th best team in the league, you wouldn't know it based on the ratings. Maybe I should sit down one day, and go through the ratings myself.
