This was not to bad cause here the top 8 teams according to SI

1. Lightning
2. Penguins
3. Capitals
4. Panthers
5. Islanders
6. Bruins
7. Canadians
8. Philadelphia

1. Predators
2. Stars
3. Blackhawks
4. Kings.
5. Blues
6. Sharks
7. Flames
8. Ducks

The only big one that I saw that is considered way off was the maple leafs. Finishing with 91 points according to ea but finishing dead last according to Si.

No way Vancouver finishes with just 63 points.

These would be so much better if they would do them with proper 23 man rosters to start the season. I mean, technically Auston Matthews isn't allowed in that sim. Right?

Since he hasn't played a game yet. Or has this changed?

I want to know how they got Mike Fisher to keep wearing the Captain's "C" in that Stanley Cup photo.

Matthews has already played in the Swiss league as a pro so he's already in the game. He was actually in the game last year as well. I believe the rule only applies to NCAA players because they're not pros.

These sims are a total joke. There is literally billions of possible outcomes so what makes this particular one so special? I they redid the sim they'd get totally different results. They're just a cheap novelty.
