So far all I've seen them say about multiple seasons is that stats will carry over from season to season.

There's been no mention of player turnover. I'm just assuming your team will be the same players year in year out unless you edit them.

I asked this of the developers in another forum and they said they were looking into, but they couldn't promise anything. My guess is that it isn't a priority and won't be an option unfortunately.
