Saying Goodbye to Conan
Posted on February 20, 2009 at 06:19 PM.
I'm not sure how many OS'ers are aware, but tonight's Late Night show will be the very last for Conan O'Brien. After 16 years of service Conan will be moving to LA and taking Jay Leno's spot on the Tonight Show.

This is just a short blog to commend my favorite late night talk show host. If any of you have been watching the past few days, you can see why Conan has been both a class act and revolutionary during his stint on Late Night. I know I'll be tuning in anxiously tonight watching Conan do his last show in nearby NYC.

While I am sad that I was never able to make it the to be an audience member of his show, I have watched for a long time and have come to appreciate Conan's unique style of comedy. Conan thank you for your 16 years of laughs, good luck in LA and I'll be watching tonight.

Conan is the king of late night. Best of luck taking over for Jay.

If he's taking over for Leno, why are you making it sound like he's leaving forever? He's getting a long deserved promotion. He's far better than Leno.

I still laugh my *** off every time I see that old-time baseball clip. I can't wait to see him on the Tonight Show, though it seems like he would rather stay in NYC than go to LA.

I hope he doesn't have to tone it down for the more prime time audience...it'll be such a waste..
