IGN Gives NBA 2K11 a Score of 9.5

As quoted from one of the first reviews for NBA 2K11, IGN states...

"The fact that 2K Sports did so much more with this game and improved it so greatly over last year's title is stunning. This isn't just the best basketball game ever; it's the best sports game of this generation."

Yeah, almost too good. Not saying that the game won't be great, I'd take that good a review score with a grain of salt, tho. It's reviewed by the same guy that gave GTA4 a 10.

2k5: Best football ever made! now this...2K knows its stuff. EA only has hockey...and thats the bottom line!
FIFA is boring just like the actual sport

Wow. I think the reviewer summed it up with his statement - "

NBA 2K11 is the greatest basketball game ever made."

I used to play NBA Live from 95-08, then when EA shat on us and stopped making Live for the PC, 2K picked up the reins and I haven't looked back since. NBA 2K keeps finding ways to get better and better each year, unlike the EA philosophy of "Give a new feature, take a useful feature away".

2K FOREVER!!! Can't wait for EA to come up off the NFL license so we can get NFL 2K back!
