The Madden 12 previews have swept me off my feet. Madden 11 soured me SO MUCH that I was leaning towards *not* getting Madden 12.

Then the videos and screenshots and new info came out.

Needless to say, I'm 100% dead set on purchasing Madden this year. Kudos to the guys at EA. Let's just hope the product lives up to what I hope it will be.

This win came with a price. During the 3rd quarter of Tennessee's 35-25 victory in San Diego, Chris Johnson went down with an injury. He was later diuagnosed with a broken collarbone and will miss 8 weeks. The Titans will have to make do with what they have. Without Johnson, the Titans offense didn't look the same, although they were able to move the ball. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

The Titans will travel to San Diego in week 8. Their offense will be tested. San Diego comes into the game as one of the best defenses in the entire league. With the Titans offense the best in the league, it will be a great matchup. The Titan defense will have to contain Antonio Gates if they plan on having any success this week. The Titans seem fired up for this game. Head Coach Jeff Fisher had this to say: "If you put on that Titan uniform, you better be ready to hit someone in the mouth and play ... Read More

The Titans continued their winning streak in week 7 after defeating the Eagles 60-27. Early in the game it looked as though it would be a long day for the Titans, but they turned it around and never looked back. Chris Johnson had another big day, totaling 457 yards from scrimmage. Although the defense gave up a lot of yards, they constantly had pressure on QB Kolb. "The stats don't show it, but our defense played well today." Said new defensive coordinator Jim Johnson Jr. Michael Griffin was the ... Read More

The Titans will welcome to Philadelphia Eagles to LP field this week, hoping to continue their offensive dominance. One week after firing defense coordinator Tyrone Biggums, who was not available for comment, the Titans have hired Jim Johnson Jr, son of the late Jim Johnson, former defensive coordinator for the Eagles. He had this to say: "My Dad coached until the day he died. He was passionate about his coaching and took pride in his defenses. I'm going to bring that pride here to Tennessee." ... Read More

The Titans defeated the Jaguars in a game in which 121 total points were scored. The final score was 69-52. While the Titan offense was dominant, the Titan defense had their worst game of the year so far. Tyrone Biggums said "I'm speechless. We gotta come back strong next game or I might need to update my resume." Both Chris Johnson and Maurice Jones-Drew had 400+ yards on the ground.

The Titans travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars in week 6 of the OS Vets regular season. The Titans (5-0) are on a hot streak, but the Jaguars will be a tough test for them. Maurice Jones-Drew will be very difficult to handle in the running game, and Mike Sims-Walker can wreak havoc on any defense. The Titans pass defense has been a sore sport so far this year, so stopping the opposing pass attack will be the key to defeating the Jaguars.

The Titans are off to a hot start, but the Cowboys should be a tough test for them. Tyrone Biggums, the defensive coordinator told us: "Man, they are going to be a tough offense to stop. The Titans travel back home and welcome the Broncos to LP Field. Coming off of an emotional, controversial win over the Giants, the Titans look to continue their current winning streak. The Titans defeated the Giants in a do-over game 35-28. The first game was disconnected when the Titans were trailing 31-16 late in the 3rd quarter. In the do-over game, however, the Titans took vengeance and jumped out to a 14-0 lead on a 38 yard pass and a 80 yard run by Chris Johnson. The 2nd quarter was all New York, as they tied the game up with time ticking down in the 2nd quarter on passes to Mario Manningham and Kevin Boss.
