Game 7 in Seattle!

Game 5:
Beavan/Sabathia

The Yankees score first as Brian McCann doubles in Derek Jeter for a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the third. Blake Beavan escaped a bases loaded jam to escape further damage.

However, in the bottom of the 4th, Ichiro (lol) hit a HR to right field. 2-0 Yankees after 4 full innings.

In the top of the 8th, #9 hitter Chris Taylor his a Leadoff HR to make it 2-1. 3 runs later, and we're going into the 9th with a 4-2 lead.

We held on to the lead and won 4-2. We lead 3 games to two and are going back to Seattle with Iwakuma looking to close it out.

Game 6: Iwakuma vs. Tanaka

Derek Jeter hit a 2-run HR to start the top of the first inning. A couple more runs later in the game and the Yankees were leading 6-0 going into the 9th. The Mariners rallied, but fell short, losing 6-4. Looks like Felix will be give the ball in game 7 against former Mariner Michael Pineda.
