Certain teams that fail to live up to RL

I play CPU vs CPU, and I have noticed that Alabama in NCAA, the Patriots in Madden, and the Spurs in 2K consistently fail to live up to their real life counterparts.
My guess is that those teams have intrinsic traits that doesn't translate into the video game universe.

Team Chemistry is not represented well in the respected games you presented.

IRL the Spurs, Patriots, and Alabama get boost in their play from having players the complement each other and spot on coaching.

Until a system is created to represent that teams like these will not reflect well in the video game realm cpu vs. cpu

Just accidently, I stumbled upon a previous blog concerning OSFM Rosters. I wonder if created Rosters get any different results?
