5 Michael questions Hyman Roth

Hyman Roth: "This was a great man. And there isn't even a plaque or a signpost of him in that town. Someone put a bullet in his eye. When I heard it I wasn't upset.....I let it go. And I said to myself--this is the life we chose! I didn't ask who made the hit because it had nothing to do with business!"

Barry Sanders had a record day with 333 yards on the ground against the San Antonio Stampeders. He has rushed for over 1100 yards in 5 games and is averaging 230 yards per game. He is on pace to rush for a staggering 3718 yards in the regular season. He leads a 3-2 team that hasn't scored a passing touchdown and is dead last in passing yards. Obvious team MVP right?

"I don't even think I am the best player on this team", said Barry Sanders. "That's our go to guy", pointing at ... Read More

Welcome to this week's chalk talk with Charlotte Savages head coach Walter Reed. Tonight Coach Reed will talk about the 1st 3 games of the season in the OS South Division of the Armchair QB's League.

Q: The Savages are coming off a tough home loss to the Pittsburgh Iron. What went differently in the last games than the 1st two?

Coach Reed: All three teams are very good ball clubs. I don't know if much seperates the three, but you have to give credit to the Iron. ... Read More
