Madden Blocking Has No A/C

About 5 months ago the AC compressor went in my Volvo, when pricing the compressor new I quickly realized it was the most expensive compressor I had ever dealt with. When looking at them used, I came to the conclusion I didn't want to invest in a questionable used part. I came to the realization that I would rather drive with no A/C than pay for a new one, or risk it with a used one.

Over the past 3 months I have became extremely adapt at driving around with no A/C despite the fact its often 90+ and humid. Still, whenever I have to drive another person around I find often aren't as comfortable with it as I am.

When I think about Madden and its blocking, I can draw a lot of parallels to my 100 degree car rides. Just because I can over look it, doesn't mean others can or should. When somebody goes to turn on the A/C I don't scream at them "Its broken, if you don't like it, buy a compressor or get out. I have no issues with it."

I just have to explain to people the situation. That doesn't make me more right or wrong and it doesn't make them anymore comfortable. I will say it has cut down in the amount of people bumming rides, but I wouldn't recommend it to others.
