with what i have determined is my favorite game of all time, i am trying to hone in on the most realistic representation of college hoops based on not just my own mediocre stick skills, but also the abilities of my virtual recruits and their opponents... i started my career legacy at the all-conference level with game speed/player speed at 67 or 70 each, and enjoyed some nice seasons pretty much dominating the Big Sky with Montana State, including a magical sweet sixteen run... after that year I jumped up to Hawaii and after an NIT berth and an NCAA berth in my first two years, I decided to jump up to all-american (no slider changes)... this set me back a little bit and i got my talent on the team up to where i was regularly 19-12 or 20-12, but suffered first-round exits in the conference tourney and although i made it to the NIT finals one year, i was usually out in the first round of the NIT as well if i got there...
last season, after reading through some threads, i lowered game speed to 60 and player speed to 40 for my last season, tweaked the sliders to where i thought i was getting a pretty realistic game, upset Stanford on the road, but got destroyed again in the first round of the WAC tourney... Here are the sets I have used, and the ALL-CONFERENCE set I have decided on:
