Fantasy Football Or Football Fan

Can we put in place a rule for NFL fans? You get one of the following 2 choices:

1) Fan of a team.
2) Fan of fantasy football.

Both are great and both lead to a fun football season. BUT when those two choices are mixed by an individual it leads to the worst type of football fan. I'm sure we all had to deal with this type of fan this week.

"Oh man I'm so glad that the Saints won, they're my team! But I wish that Matt Ryan could've thrown another touchdown for my fantasy team."

NO NO NO NO NO! No, you can't wish that someone from the opposing team has success. Choice 1 or Choice 2. Nothing wrong with either choice but please can we start a movement that allows a swift kick to the groin of the "fans" that try to mix the two? Thanks.
