PES Files PS3-PS4

I have tried to download these rosters off of operation Sports and off of GameFAQs for the PES 2008 through 2020 real team names real rosters real stadium names real kits oh, but I still can't get my PS4 or PS3 to read them? When I put my memory stick in to the PS3 or PS4 and go to edit and import files, there are none available and I've downloaded them from the internet? So what I'd like is if somebody can load them all onto a USB stick for me and I would buy the USB stick from you? If someone would help that would be great.
