HOw do you get the flags next to players name?

Browsing through some teams, their countries flags show up... how you do that?

If you are talking about a flag to the right of the players name I am pretty sure that means he is on a national team; either the U-20 team or the world cup team. If you click on them it will say something like 'Also Part of Team USA'
