Cool Rejoice everyone, week 10 is underway

Games in Canada have started and more than 30 minutes have already been played... Here are the results so far...

Pintendre Pittbulls lead 1-0 after 34
Walk-In Special lead 1-0 after 36
Goldfish are tied 0-0 after 36
Les Joujoux trail 1-2 after 36
Bbors lead 1-0 after 37

I'm kinda disappointed with my team being only ahead by one, especially since I'm playing my starters today...

even worse, that red came to my sole forward!!! So for the rest of the game, I'll be playing a 4-5-0... oh, so nice

Also, Russell is my best prospect at winning the scoring title, with 10 goals this season while the top guy right now has 11. With that red, Russell will be uot next week, that bites!

Ouch.

The 85% possession ain't bad, though. I could be persuaded to be . . . impressed. Just a little.

I just checked and the first time we played this season, the score was also only 1-0 at the half and I had 83% possession... That game ended 5-0 and I had 94% possession in the second half

Still 45 minutes to go, we'll see...

it's still only 1-0 for the Pittbulls in Pintendre. It sure doesn't help to play without any forward...

Elsewhere in Canada:
Walk-In Special lead 5-0 after 61
Goldfish are tied 0-0 after 63
Les Joujoux lead 3-2 after 63
Bbors lead 2-0 after 62

just can't believe it, tied the game 1-1!!! I PICed, got 45 for a rating, 85 & 96% possession, just couldn't get any offense going. I'm officially done with the 4-5-1, from now on, it'll be 3-5-2...

Tough tie FM... I was updating occasionally...

Well, Fabulous is getting ready to take on team #2 in series v.44, the JMEN... Hopefully we can be competitive, and score a couple of goals to help our cause and avoid demotion.

Yeah, he's got poor stamina. He's the only one below passable on my whole starting 11. So anybody saying stamina doesn't mean much, take this sentence into account:

Raúl de Carvalho was suffering from cramps and had big difficulties keeping up as the opponentes pushed forward.

de Carvalho is a central defender, not an inner midfielder...

Today I PIC on the road against a new team that is already better than the one he replaced. It could be a nailbiter or a blowout, I'm hoping for the latter.

God, we are down 1-0 against the 7th place team in the series. I PICed this game too so hopefully it was just a lucky goal.

Hyman Bradshaw had a good try in the 16:th minute, coming in on a fine move from the left, but the ball went wide.

Not a good start on the road.

I've always said it's important for defenders as well. Even if most people disagreed with me. Same thing kept happening to me last season. Like a few games in a row. That was why I said screw forms and did multiple weeks in a row of stamina training.

PLaying the #1 team in my series at home...

The 22nd minute saw the home team take a 1 - 0 lead after a leak in the visitors right side defense. Scorer for Frankfort was William Morales.

Yay!

Almost NO action in this soccer game so far...

JMEN were very close to putting themselves one up in the 5:th minute as Warren Martin got through, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. JMEN tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but kept getting stuck on the visitors defenders.

A GOOD SIGN, those 2 defenders I brought are sticking it to the opposing forwards!

In the 22nd minute cheers broke out as Bill Nowak found his way through the guests central defense line, clipping the 1 - 0 goal in for southpark.

This is great, I'm now losing to a #7 team that started 10 days ago

After an industrious effort down the middle Bill Nowak could have closed the game off in the 29:th minute, but his finishing shot hit the post. After 29 minutes, Jamey Judd swiftly ran past Mike Fontaine to put away the 1-1 goal. In the 29:th minute the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending and Rob Marcum put the ball away for 1 - 2.

Damn an eventful minute if ever there was one!

Up 1-0 so far, not really what I was hoping to see by this time. Especially when I see that the guy I will likely tie for first in my series is up 4-1 and already has a better differential than me.

Yes! My other striker puts me up 2-1. One of my starting wingers will miss next week's game with his 3rd yellow, but we play the worst team in all creation, so that's fine.

I'm playing a new team in my league, so i had to play normal going against a complete unknown, rather than PIC it against a piece of crap bot team. I'm a little nervous since it's still 0-0 40 minutes in. We've missed 4 scoring opportunities. We must be dominating posession though, they haven't seen any action down at our end.

Ugh...after scoring the second goal, the other striker got hurt. My 3rd striker is suspended, so in comes my 5th defender, who's a tub of crap even on defense. He's Weak scoring, Poor Passing, and weak form. Not good.

But we want more.

0-0 in the 58th minute to a brand new team. If we don't win this game, the coach will be fired after a MOTS next week.
