Team Spirit/Confidence

After a very convincing PIC 6-0 victory my team's spirit is at satisfied and confidence is at wonderful. I've heard that wonderful can change to over-confident or cocky at match time. Is there any steps I can take to avoid this? I can't afford to lose this next one

If you have only 1 spokesperson, don't worry, you'll never go above wondeful. I was on a long winning streak and never went above wonderful

I'm pretty sure Alf meant to say "psychologist" instead of spokesperson, as they're the ones who improve confidence. So, yes, make sure you don't have excess psychologists (although, as a psychologist myself, I'm reluctant to reduce my employment opportunities ).
