Red Card Friendly

One of my players got a red card in the 41st minute, do I lose training for him?

I hope somebody else reads this thread, because I'm not 100% confident on what I'm about to say. But...
-Since he played, he will get training.
-Since it was a red card in a friendly, it will go away (I know yellow's don't count, assume the reds go the same way).

I remember reading something about this in the HAM federation conference. They were saying that even though your player is not showing on your match report and HAM is reporting it as the player not getting any training, that in fact he was getting his training.

I think this applies to both league match and friendlies.

So to answer your question, yes he will get his training. Track his value before and after the training update. That should tell you. Let us know so we'll enter it in our collective knowledge base (ooh that sounded geeky )

dola, found this on HAM's FAQ...

One of my players has not received training this week, according to HAM, even though he played?

When a player is sent off or injured, HAM will not count him as training that week. He will, however, receive training in Hattrick. Please don't contact Hattrick personel stating that your player has not received training, because HAM says so. HAM is not a part of Hattrick. If HAM has gotten something wrong with the training, it is because of HAM - not an error in Hattrick.

Thanks guys. My player played well before getting the boot so I expect his value to increase.

I'm leaving work early today and won't be close enough to civilization to check my team until Sunday night so I'll let you guys know then

I usually add red-carded players back into the match report anyway in HAM because tracking their training is the most important thing I use HAM for. YMMV.

You do it manually. In the View menu, select Matches...
And on the Lineup tab, on the bottom of the tab, you can "Add player" and you add him and his stars.
