Online sim football leagues - some questions about it...

If you are active with any, what software is used to simulate the games? I am aware of Action! PC Football and the old Front Page Sports releases. I am not aware of any others, really.

Is there one that handles the aging (and re-rating, etc) of players within the game (other than FPS titles)? I am interested in running an online league, but don't know where to turn. I am not interested in having to "buy season disks", nor am I particularly (though I am open to this) interested in having to create all the new rookies/etc by hand every season.

I also do not care whether I am able to easily throw together "real players" or fictional ones. A part two for that would be, do you think anyone wants to contribute to a sim football league where they do not play the games themselves and all of the players may be completely fictional?

I'd rather not have to spend the many months/years building my own software to do this. I hope there is something that I can hit the ground running with and develop my own version on the side in the meantime.
