stadium size

My team is on pace to auto-qualify to Div IV at the end of this season, and I'm debating the best way to spend/invest my money. I'm starting up a detailed forward's training program (in the past I've traded different things that my starters need in 4-5 week chunks... but have come to realize that, that won't work long term), and have built my stadium up to a little over 23k seats. I was wondering what a low/medium level D IV team should have regarding a stadium, and what a top tier D V can have and fill, where I maximize profit taking into account the upkeep.

I should note that I regularly sell out my stadium now.

There is some stuff about that on Hatstats, in the main page they have the overall attendances and stuff, and in each division page they have the largest crowds.

The rule of thumb I've always heard is to go 20-30x your supporter base size, so if you had 500 supporters you might go anywhere from 1k-3k seating (the higher you go, in theory the less often you have to re-build as your supporter base grows). EDIT: My math may be off, I'm in the most BORING class right now on a Pocket PC and I'm half-paying attention to each. EDIT #2: YES my math is off. It would be from 10k to 15k. Dang it.

Yeah, totally depends on your supporter level. If you can pack a 30,000+ seat stadium, and can afford the upgrade, I think that's always the way to go.

But remember, that unless you do well in the next division, you will have a harder time selling out a bigger stadium.

When sizing your stadium, bear in mind that you will receive a 10% boost to your number of supporters when you are promoted.

But remember Airhog's comment. Try to check on the series you are going to and make sure it isn't like DK's where you will (maybe) get beat alot. If so you will actually start to lose supporters and attendance would drop.
