FOFC OOTP online leagues.....

Do we have any?? Im pretty sure we don't and that kind of surprises me. i would think we would with how many people play and love the OOTP series on these boards.

I've played in a couple online leagues but neither one was ran very well and they all simmed so incredibly slow!! Took like 4 months to do 1 season.

Anyway, i know if i got into one with you guys it would be a hell-of-alot more fun then a league full of people i don't know.

If we have one going lemme know, if not then who's gonna step up and start one??

CFBL is heavily FOFC as well. I don't know if there any openings right now, though.

And of course, the infamous RWBL:

We are full right now, but feel free to sign up on the forum, and join in the discussions. When a team opens up, there is a pretty short waiting list right now (only 1 guy who is a sure thing).

Plus, that will get you accustomed to our league and online leagues in general.

We will be starting the new season in less than a week now, so it is a good time to jump in.

MLBEuro is a new league with only 12 teams, and no waiting list what I know of.

Don't bother looking into FOBL. It is a haven for pig-fuckers and gaychat enthusiasts. Plus we have close to 98 owners in 47 leagues and they always argue about mind-numbing minutiae...usually ending in bloodshed and/or renunciation of God.

It is so bad that FOFC legends like Fritz, Marmel, QuikSand, and sooner333 all got the Hell out of there WHILE THEY STILL HAD THEIR DIGNITY AND SELF-RESPECT!!!

Of course, we DO have our own fully-automated robot that takes care of all the "simming" and "record-keeping" for the league.

More time for mini-cheesecake eating and gaychat!

Fritz never had Diginity and self-repect in the first place, but that is for another thread.

Anyway, I agree with Subby...DON"T CHECK OUT THE FOBL!

that league looks very cool subby, but by looking at the message boards i can tell they'll never be an opening.

Well we have a 'lot' of FOFC owners - plus a bonus - Hell Atlantic is the commissioner.

http://www.ootp5league.com/

We probably need an owner or two - it might take a day or two to figure out what team is available - it's the first season of a current player league.

Edit: According to the forum Jon wants out in Anaheim, and they are in first place as we near the trading deadline.

I'd be very interested in taking over the Angels. As long as the previous owner didn't completely screw them up

P.S. i sent ya a PM Lynch..

RWBL and UBL are pretty awesome. no pig-fucking or conversations of homo-erotic nature of any sort, just good clean baseball the whole family can enjoy.

I think a strong argument could be made in favor of the RWBL being one, if not the, top online OOTP leagues anywhere.

Sadly the CFBL seems to have gone away.

FOBL still fucking sucks, although they *are* HellAtlantic-free. So they have that going for them.

Which is nice.

Isn't the RWBL the league where the commish or someone was caught cheating by absolutely stacking his pennant winning team? That was worth many entertaining threads back in the day.

Thanks, but I'm going on vacation next week - I'll get back to you later... starting off participation in a new league by being absent for two weeks wouldn't be cool.
