formation question
If I run the 3-5-2 in league matches, and 3-4-3 in friendlies, will I be able to get the 3-5-2 to be confusionless (excellent), or do I need to run it every game.

You would be able to get both to excellent eventually. One will drop to solid on occassion, but if you rotate them appropriately, you'll be fine.

My understanding (largely from DK's thread where he alternates the 3-5-2 and 5-4-1) is that the one you play will always be solid, because it will drop from excellent while you are playing the other one.
However, solid is good enough from what I can tell that it will not cause you serious problems. |

When I used to rotate between 451 and 352 (friendlies and league matches, respectively), the experience in the one I wasn't playing went to solid after the match where I played the other, while the one I played went to excellent. When I did this, I found I had confusion in about 15% of my matches, usually in the friendly.
The confusion was minor and didn't seem to contribute MUCH to loss or gain in the game. ~terpk
