Fixes/Enhancements:

- The depth chart logic now takes the correct opposing pitcher handedness into account when deciding if it starts a utility player.
- Fixed postseason rotation AI, it is now 1-2-3-1-2-3-1 again.
- In online leagues that do not scouts, the only team screen being password protected now is the team setup screen (in order to prevent illegal im/exports).
- Career ERA calculation bug was fixed
- Sometimes during the FA period, players told you that your offer has not enough years compared to the best offer, when in reality they wanted to express their favor for the other organization. That has been fixed.
- When upping a bid to a player that favored your previous bid during FA period, the previous bid is not substracted from the available money any longer.
- Fixed salary issues with roster CSV im/export.
- Added team vs. team records to the league standings report.
- Tweaked stolen base success percentage, increasing it a little.
- Starters used as relievers now tire slower than before.
- Fixed various small bugs
