I wouldn't call what they play, "competition matches".

Still they put up some nice ratings. And so what if I could probably compete for a relegation spot there. 119 is good no matter the competition, usually someone slips up somewhere.

Here are the recent ratings of a J-League match(top series) in Japan:

Kobo Academy
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: solid
Right Side Defence: excellent
Central Defence: formidable
Left Side Defence: solid
Right Side Attack: passable
Central Attack: passable
Left Side Attack: weak

F.C. Okayama
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: excellent
Right Side Defence: excellent
Central Defence: excellent
Left Side Defence: formidable
Right Side Attack: excellent
Central Attack: solid
Left Side Attack: inadequate

These ratings wouldn't win you a USA Div. IV series.

Here is Shirayuri Sky's last ratings:

Shirayuri Sky
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: supernatural
Right Side Defence: titanic
Central Defence: supernatural
Left Side Defence: titanic
Right Side Attack: passable
Central Attack: outstanding
Left Side Attack: passable

The other teams don't even come close. And remember, this is the TOP series.

I feel bad for teams in very small leagues. It must be a bit boring.

F.C. Okayama could probably win about 1/3 of USA Div IV leagues -- excellent midfield will leave you pretty competitive no matter what USA D4 league you were in.
