Windows 98 help!

I can't figure out how to stop windows from automatically resizing pictures. Someone help, please. I know this has to simple, but can't find the setting.

I you are refering to the feature in IE 6.0, you can turn it off by:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to the Tools-->Internet Options Menu
3. Go to the Advanced Tab
4. Scroll down to the Multimedia section
5. Uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
