Who's coming into your D V league?
While D IV and higher has Hatstats to inform on who's going where, D V isn't quit as lucky as you can't see who's in line to promote into your series.
The new locations of teams are in place, even though the standings are not. You can see who ended up where by looking at the new location of your 7th and 8th place teams and locating the series winning D 6 team from last season. Two D VI bot teams are coming into mine (V.38) so it looks like 6th or better is assured. Unless some Hattrick savant comes in and takes over one. |

Two bot teams - shouldn't be any problems.
And once I get my training system into place I should be able to climb out of debt (combined with the soon-to-be-completed renovation of AP Mercury Arena), and make some purchases that will really impact my team. I put up my first ever 50's NSI today - I'll hope I can carry a high-40's performance into next season... ~rpi-fan

Woohoo! The team that came into 7th place I can DEFINITELY beat:
Alaska Babylonians Player rating and Team formation Midfield: disastrous Right Side Defence: poor Central Defence: weak Left Side Defence: weak Right Side Attack: poor Central Attack: poor Left Side Attack: weak Looks like I might have a chance against this team, too, who will take over number 8: New York City Lions Player rating and Team formation Midfield: wretched Right Side Defence: wretched Central Defence: poor Left Side Defence: poor Right Side Attack: weak Central Attack: weak Left Side Attack: weak Whee!!! Thanks Desnudo, for posting the way to find out how to figure out who was coming into the series! I definitely wouldn't have figured that out on my own (so much for being a rocket scientist). 8p ~terkp ~terpk

The effects of adding these teams should be multi-dimensional to us vets of DV.
It means we'll be able to PIC vs. them, and not only get the points for victory, but also get a stronger goal differential. Additionally, we'll have a higher team spirit when we go 'normal', and be able to MOTS more often. Then again, so can everyone else in our division. But for a team like mine, who according to FM's schedule, will be facing these teams early on. That means that I will have the PIC advantage through the first half of the season, and don't need to worry as much about team spirit in the 2nd half of the season, since I'll be able to handle these guys at the wire without much trouble. ~rpi-fan

tk, these two teams look a lot like bot teams to me. Until they are replaced, you HAVE to be able to beat these teams

You're going to win next season. Don't give me any of that 6th place bullshit. ![]() |

Two bot teams, but I doubt they (or any of the DV bot teams) will last very long. Those are the first ones to get filled up by new owners, though of course whether the new owners will be of any threat at all is another question entirely.

The bot teams should be replaced pretty quickly.

I've got 2 bot teams, 1 returning team (easy win), and one team that in their last match had an inad. midfield, 1 form. defense, 1 exc. defense, 1 solid defense, and 3 passables at forward.
57 NSI, which is very good for my league. Looks like I could finish anywhere from 1st to 4th in the division next year. |

In V.16, we have a walkover team coming from above and two bot teams coming from below. It'll be a three way race for the title next year between Pirates, Wisconsin, and OhBuddha.

Go to your old matches where you played the # 7 and # 8 teams in your series.
Then click on the team name. It'll show their new series. Click on it. Now click on the league history to see who won the series in Season 19. Click on them. That'll show you who is coming up from D6 ![]() |

A couple of bot teams for me to whip up on.
However, one team put up a 51 NSI (not a bot team) but he ran a 2-6-2.

Who is coming to a DV series near you...I am.
Mmuuaaahahahahah (well, I would be if you were in series v.190, which you aren't. Besides which, my team kinda sucks, so you wouldn't be shaking in your collective boots anyway, but I am on my way to dV nonetheless.)

Looks like I'm headed into DV.183. It was like the 253rd best series in Division V (So I'm happy). The top team was promoted (the only team that consistently put up a rating above 50). The team dropping down from DIV will compete (They put up a 53 the last week, but before that was in the mid to upper 40's). Looking at the teams in the series last year, I suspect I'll finish somewhere between 3rd and 5th(I'm putting up a rating around 44 right now, but expect I'll be able to get that up to 46-48 in short order). I can definitely compete (which was a concern I had if I got moved into one of the Series from Hell).

The Ruskies are spending their 3rd season in Div V.13, but the top team did get promoted this season, so I should be the favorite to get a promotion this season. 2 bot teams and what is hopefully a weak Div IV team should be a major step towards winning already. In the 2 seasons that I played I was the only person to beat or tie the 1st place team. In our 4 matches I was 1-1-2 against him.
The strength of your Div you end up in is very important, I've had a very good team the past 2 seasons and have finished 2nd and 3rd. Now the top team is gone and I have 3 excellent middie's so we should be much more improved this season. I did have a chance to spend 2 seasons in Div V getting my youth squad to excellend and building a good fan base, thats a definate plus.

The_herd,
You have a bot team coming in from Division IV, so you should definitely be the favorite to win your series. |

I've got four new teams coming into my series. Two bot teams, a walkover demotee, and a decent dVI winner with supporter (replacing the team with supporter that just got promoted out). Out of the remaining teams, there is one maybe two that are active (the second one has been becoming less and less active over the course of the season and I think he is completely gone now, and none of them have ever beaten me in the 1 1/3 seasons I have been playing. I'm pretty confident that this year I can focus my cup games and still win the series with no problems.

I've just promoted into a division featuring one (relegated) team which puts up a 58 NSI, another which puts up a 56, and a third which can manage 52. The rest of the teams should be relatively easy. I'm going to be more concerned with straightening out my finances than promoting, but I should be able to finish in the top three.

Two bot teams in V.45 - somehow, the inactive owner in 6th place won his qualifier. 7th and 8th are bots, but I guess will be replaced soon enough.
The demotee from Div. IV is Morristown F.C. They were beaten pretty soundly in the qualifier against the former #1 team in my series, and I consider them beatable, along with the rest of the teams I'm up against. My first game of the season should be an easy victory, but my second is a contest with a team I expect to contend (HC Dukes). If I can beat them in week two, I'll be very happy with my chances at a series title. |

All 3 of the bot teams that came to my league have been filled in the past 2 days. They shouldn't be a major concern this season and hopefully I'll be on to Div IV next.
