New and Improved Canadian Football League site

The official website of the Canadian Football League has been updated and revamped. Looks pretty good and it is about time as anyone who visited the old one would have told you.

http://www.cfl.ca

The league just started week 5 last night and so far the games have been close.

Check it out!!!

Looks good...now if only the Eskimos would get rid of Higgins, the CFL would be great overall!

What's wrong with Higgins? I'd rather have him running the Stampeders than Fred Fateri.

I really like the website too...its about time the league got something like that. Living in Ottawa, I took the five year break when the Rough Riders left, and only now am really getting back into the league. The Renegades winning the Grey Cup this year is going to go a long way in getting the excitment back in the city

I just wish there would be some TV coverage here again, even if it was only on Fox Sports World. Got spoiled the last 2 years being able to watch it again, now it looks like we will have nothing at all.

Finally, player profiles.
Rather then the new looks, I really like the improvement with more additional information.

I only visit the CFL at times I have "check where the Amsterdam Admirals alumni have gone"-feaver.

Regarding the grading system, aren't they missing the F, like Jander posted?

Some of the crap that Higgins has done on this team since becoming the head coach has blown my mind! Going with a two QB system, getting rid of a QB as soon as he shows promise just because he has one bad game, dumping Terry Ray as soon as he is ready to play again.

Pure craziness!

I've never seen a grade of 'E' in that grading system, only A, B, C, D, and F.

Well, your current threesome at QB is arguably the second coming of Ham, Allen and Dunigan. I wouldn't be too worried there. He needs to find legitimate playing time for all of them to assess who he's going to try and keep. How long will Ray and Hendricks stick around before the NFL comes calling?

But releasing Ray was shocking...

I just really get the feeling that Higgins has no idea about what he is doing as head coach...just does not inspire confidence...

I agree that it looks like we have a great group of QB's, but I have a feeling that Maas will not be around much longer. With his injury, he has lost the chance to get a lot of playing time, and I think with what Hendricks has shown, Higgins feels Maas in a #3 anyway...

And I would agree with him. I've heard Ray is number one only because he arrived before Hendricks. The little that I've seen of Hendricks, I can't say he's wrong but I sure know I'd like to see either one of them running the Stamps.
