QOTM Finally Getting Better About The Kleenex Quote?

I'm still seeing it every so often (more than I should), but it seems to be getting better...

Ironically, I'm seeing it appear over this page after not mentioning it the past week.

Shorty's Amazing Analysis
Times FOFC was loaded: 50
Times stkelly's quote appeared: 18
Percentage of stkelly quote: 36%

At one point stkelly's appeared 5 times in a row, but besides that it seemed to come up about once every five times. Much better than what it was (nearly 66% or 2/3 of the times).. the more quotes, the better.
