Form Affects stars?
I was wondering how much a form increase would affect stars, and possibly ratings?
Right now I have a solid scorer in poor form who puts up 1.5* and its killing my attack. I have guys who "could" put up better numbers, but I need them in the midfield for their PM/passing. How would a form increase, even to weak, move his stars or my ratings? Probably .5* at the most for each level, or is it random? And if I have an offensive middie, does shooting factor at all? |

I have heard that 2 levels of form is equal to 1 level of skill, so your solid scorer in poor form is equal to an passable scorer in inadaquate form. Or something along those lines.
Scoring does is not a factor for anyone but forwards, I am pretty sure about this but not 100% positive. |

I'd say more like 1.5 levels for 0.5 star. Yeah I like making it tough and make sure I have to use excel ![]() What I mean by that 1.5 for 0.5 is sometimes you'll get your 0.5 stars increase with just one level, and then it would take another two level before seeing something on the field, for that player... Hope this helps... FM

Here a good study, let me introduce exhibit "A", player named Calvin Phelan...
Calvin Phelan (8216249) 29 years, passable form, healthy A sympathetic guy who is balanced and upright. Has wretched experience and weak leadership abilities. Nationality: USA Assessed value: 112 000 C$ Wage: 2 424 C$/week including 20% Bonus Owner: Pintendre Pittbulls Warnings: 0 Stamina: excellent Goaltending: wretched Playmaking: weak Passing: inadequate Winger: weak Defending: disastrous Scoring: passable Set Pieces: inadequate Clavin is in passable form right now, but it's the best he's been a long, long time, in fact here's a review of his most recent match played, as stored in HAM: Code:
Draw your own conclusions, but it seems like the form difference is more important in lower levels than higher ones. BTW, 1 is disastrous, 2 is wretched, etc. FM
