Is experience a whole number or decimal?

I just had two players bump up.

Per Jansson went to solid. Is he a 7.0? In his last passable state was he a 6.9 or a 6.0? Anyone know the answer?

no one can be sure, but I would bet decimal, like everything else in this game.

Seeing as the cost for me to turn one of my players into my future coach keeps going down even though he still is displayed as outstanding experience I would say it is most definitly a decimal.
