Team Spirit...the endless discussion

Ok, so I was at PoE going into my Cup match, and in the interests of gaining another home Cup match to help pay for my stadium upgrade, I played normal (which seems to be the way to go, since I won on a golden goal). Now, my TS has dropped all the way to Satisfied (was at Delirious until today). Since I've got a pretty important league match tomorrow, I'm going to play normal again tomorrow...how far should I expect TS to drop after that game?

My next cup game is winnable on Normal if the guy plays his usual cup starters...but his Outstanding midfield using his league starters is quite out of my league. And since I have my only other tough league game of the first half two weeks from tomorrow, I think I'm going to PIC both my next cup match and my next League match (easily winnable). I'm just curious as to what I can expect my TS to be at by that league game two weeks from now. I know what the PIC-ing will do to my TS, I'm just not sure about how far it'll drop after I play normal again tomorrow.

I don't have a LOT of experience with PIC'ing and TS. Most of last season, I ended up normaling. For all the time I was normaling, my TS never went below calm, so if you drop one level from satisfied, you'll go to content, and if you drop one more, you'll hit calm.

If you normal in tomorrow's game, and then PIC the next two, I'm going to estimate that you'll go up to PoE for a very breif stint and then you'll back down delirious.
