Im selling another one of my former trainee's. He has 5 weeks of training towards solid if anyone is interested.

I'm doing alright and due to the backbone of my team (read: Solid Keeper) having form drops I haven't been able to start my midfield training program and am still stuck on general.

Mck...as long as you're stuck in general, you'll -always- be stuck there. The week you stop training it, all the form will collapse anyway. You're not helping yourself by using the methadone. Just kick the heroin.
