Value of Experience

Ok, I'm selling Jim Vandyke, a 27 year old Passable PM with no secondaries and Excellent Stamina. The kicker is he's got Inadequate Experience...second highest on my team. He puts up 3 stars in passable form.

Right now, there's a bidding war going on, and he's up to 41,000 bucks...is this the result of newbies not understanding what he's worth, or does experience overinflate his value that much?

$40k for a 3 star guy is a good deal if you training something other then PM

Yeah...I guess the fact that I'm training PM clouds my opinion of him. He's up to $65,000 now

Yeah, I spent ~50K on a Exc Stamina/Pass PM guy last year, and that was before experience. A *** central middy, I'd expect 75-100K for.
