A Question about Merrill Hodge, in very bad taste.
Been out of the loop for a while.
Just saw NFL matchup on ESPN with Hodge and could not help but stare and stare at his new DEW. During the draft he was sporting the shaved 'Chemo" look. I thought his bald head looked just fine BTW. I would like to call his new dew a rug, but actually it looked more like turf than carpet. Actually, I had my 80s flash back looking at Hodge and thinking how much he looked like Max Hedrum. So, is this his real hair, or is it Memorex Merrill "Max Hedrum" Hodge? And, Yes I know about the cancer.

I just saw what you are talking about. It does look like he is trying to be "hip", but, like anything new, you will get used to the new "Caesar" look. Et tu Merrill?

I just want to know if that thing on top of his head is a rug or a new hair dew.

Unless his head is wet from overnight condensation, I think that's a new 'do, as in hairdo.

You know what? I found it distracting as well. I like him as an analyst, so it's not a big deal. The first thing I thought when they came on camera though was, "WTF is up with his hair". It's an overly gelled Caesar style doo, as was stated above, and it holds an uncanny power to absolutely make itself the focus of any viewer.
