100% training, 8 physios - injuries have been managable. Form has been decent for most players.

100% here, with 3 physios and 2 doctors on staff at all time.

I've had only 2 more important injuries (both originally for 4 weeks, but none missed more than 2 games) but most of the injuries I've had were of the "bruised but training" or even simply "bruised but playing" (bandaid kind).

I've been doing 100% all this season and for the better part of last season. At one point last season, I was listed on the front page of Hatstats' "Hospitalised" section, though that was a really odd happening. So far this season I've had one injury, a 1-weeker, which went away in 3 days. Knock on wood....

Yeah right bbor, as if ANY of *my personal* injuries would be one-weekers...

I train 100% with 10 physios. We are hit with injuries, not very often, and lately nothing to serious. Had 2 5+ wks last season.

The general theory is train 90% + 1% per physio. Just a rule of thumb to keep yourself out of trouble.

was at 100% with 5 physios, but injuries started showing up in bunches, so I scaled back to 97, with no injury in the last match.
