For my tribute, not that I care what others do, because we all mourn in different ways is to carry on in my normal fashion. I will mourn on the inside, but those bastards who did this will see nothing different on my outside.

I was on a plane that was taxiing out, trying to get home to my family and pregnant wife, after doing just over 100 days in Saudi Arabia, when my flight was cancelled for a supposed "bomb threat." Later to find out *all* flights were cancelled... I was in Baltimore, obviously right near DC. We had to evacuate the airport immediatly! I slept in a hotel lobby that night. It took me 8 days to get flights home.

I lost someone that day. Someone I used to deliver the paper to when I was much younger: Karen Martin. She was on a flight to LA from Boston.

Today was the last day that any Americans are on that base in Saudi. Our part of that base, Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), has been turned back over the Saudi government. Maybe this will slow the attacks and anger, because that is the main reason that the supposed "Jihad" exists; we were in their "holy land." We all know that it won't stop anytime soon... I hope my kids don't have to worry about terror attacks like they exist today. The biggest concern of the future should be how the entire world can come together to save this planet from using up all its resources and avoiding the matrix .
