Sorry for posting these kinda late in the week, but Hattrick's problems with the game reports screwed up my schedule on Tuesday and when I would have been able to get the few missing ratings, my high speed internet access died (along with the digital TV) for part of Tuesday night, leaving me on dialup
Access came back later on Tuesday but then I was tired and didn't feel like doing anything about them ratings... Anyway, here they are...I'll get to the rankings in a moment, for now, some explanations... - TW stands for "This Week" - LW stand for "Last Week" - The first set of numbers (to the left of the team names) represents the relative ranking of every team. A blank in either column means that team wasn't ranked that week. - The second set of numbers (to the right of the FOFC member name) represents the rankings points scored for the last two week. - The rankings points for a given week are calculated using a weighted moving average of that week's NSI points and the score of the previous two weeks' NSI points. - "NSI points" is the sum of all your position ratings from your game report, with midfield counting as triple its value - Ratings are scored with the base value set at disastrous = 1, wretched = 2, and so on. - If your team doesn't play its game because of a walkover, your rating for the game in question will be ignored in the weighted average and the remaining ratings will be used. - "exper" stands for the number of weeks of Hattrick experience the user has, that is the date of the day minus the date he got his team, divided by 7. Below, you will find a text formatted version of the rankings, but they are available on the web, GO TO THE OFFICIAL FOFC HATTRICK RANKINGS HOME ON THE WEB I have not done a TOPS page this week, sorry. That's about it for me, enjoy the rankings. As always, your comments are welcome and bragging is encouraged If you have any question about my very scientific methodology, feel free to ask ![]() FrogMan Code:

That's for your work, Frogger. You're awesome. And, given the problem with retrieving past matches this week, insanely impressive.

Now that you can no longer MOTS friendlies do we think we can use those ratings on occasion rather then always using league and Cup matches? I tend to PIC and play the trainees against 3 or 4 teams in my league.

I didn't stop using the Wednesday ratings because people were MOTSing there, but because having to do this means more work for me and I'm running out of time during the week. Sorry about that. I too PICed a lot on Sundays last season and my team's place in the rankings suffered because of this, but between the rankings and doing good in league play, I've always valued doing good in the league play more... Oh, ok I see what you are saying. I jsut remember seeing threads title: "Post ratings if still in the Cup" so I assumed that since i wasn't I couldn't post my friendly ratings. I'm involved in my own cup with some people on a different message board so when I played a really crappy team in a league game I'd often save my starters for the friendly that week
