How Do Elderly Soccer Players Die?
Ok, not quite die. However, I am just curious as to what happens to older players. I understand that their skills will continue to deteriorate at a quicker pace as they age. My question is, do they ever retire? Or could you theorhetically have a clown on your team for 50 seasons?
Do players stay in Hattrick until they are finally fired? |

Yeah, but what can happen is an old player will get injured in a game and never heal. (because theoretically he would be too old to heal). I think thats right, someone can correct me if I am wrong though.

PM, that,s my understanding too, that the only way a player can "retire" is if he gets injured and he can't heal...

Yeah, but he can still sit on your bench and be a clown for 50 years.
