Traning % and Physios

How much Training % should I use and how many Physios should I have?

i always go 100% training, as far as physios i am not sure what the "recommanded" amount i believe i have 9 and don't have many injuries (none currently, had 3 all season)

I am at 100% with 2 physios and 1 doctor and never had to complain too much about injuries.

i am at 100% with 1 physio. i havent had an injury in about 3 weeks.
of course i just jinxed myself by saying this and will have like 5 injuries in my next game.

Location: back in Nebraska (for a couple years)
100% and 10 phsios. I usually get about 2 injuries per season, no more than 2-3 weeks at a time.
